We have 19 ensuite guest rooms spread over three floors. Our concept is to provide comfortable, bright & airy rooms with everything you’d expect from a modern hotel… and all double rooms have a small kitchenette allowing you to prepare your own breakfast & light meals.

You have the wonderful town of Looe on your doorstep, so if you prefer to dine out morning, noon & night – you’re just steps away from enjoying meals in one of Looe’s great cafes, restaurants & pubs, as well as exploring the rich history of the town.

Our corner of Cornwall is really special, with so much to do within easy reach. Whether you wander around to Polperro on the SW Coastal path, visit the every mind-expanding Eden Project, or simply enjoy the weather, there is something for everyone.
